Over the course of nearly two decades, we honed our skills and strengthened our bond, transitioning from colleagues to life partners. Amidst the joys and challenges of raising a blended family—comprised of two children from Fernando's previous marriage and three of our own—we shared a common dream: to share our passion for food with the world.

Guided by the culinary traditions of my Italian grandparents and inspired by Fernando's Ecuadorian heritage, we embarked on a journey to turn our dream into reality.
